An alternative to surgery

Instead of poring over the terrifying details about plastic surgery, research ways to revitalize your skin naturally. Although these exercises are not always as effective as surgery, they are significantly cheaper and much safer. In addition, many of them work for much longer as well, meaning no additional surgery is necessary. Natural facelift exercises mean no recovery time, too, which is a real plus for those who work.

Facial exercises have long been viewed by the rest of the world as a very competent replacement for facelifts. They often involve nothing but your hands and some massage oil or lotion, and cost thousands less. While some are slightly uncomfortable at first (like massaging a sore muscle), they are completely safe and very effective.

The Eyes

1. Place your middle fingers at the start of your eyebrows and massage around the length of the eyebrow. Continue under your eye and to the inside corner. Repeat for a total of thirty times, once daily. This makes the eyes appear younger within just a few days, with a big change within a couple of weeks.

2. Press the acupressure points around your eyes for three seconds, release, and repeat thirty times. These points are located ΒΌ-1/2 inch from the corner of each eye and under the pupil on each cheekbone. Repeat this exercise three times daily for best results.

There are many facial exercises that can help you keep your face looking young and wrinkle free for many years, eliminating the need for plastic surgery. Just follow these simple instructions, repeat often, and watch the results begin to emerge quickly. Above all, take care of yourself by maintaining a healthy diet and exercise program! After all, a healthy body is the best anti-aging technique.
